Welcome to MyAIEmployee. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://myaiemployee.site and the MyAIEmployee SaaS platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Platform” refers to the MyAIEmployee software-as-a-service application. “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service. “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to MyAIEmployee.

To use our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
We offer three subscription tiers: Starter (₦30,000/month), Professional (₦50,000/month), and Enterprise (₦100,000/month). All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Payments are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
5. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) use the platform to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon third-party rights; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, text, and logos, are owned by MyAIEmployee or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAIEmployee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
